5. Booking Services and Process

5.1. How to Book

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (email or SMS).

5.2. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online (via integrated payment gateway), in person, or by bank transfer.

  • All prices are displayed in EURO (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.

5.3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • In emergencies, we may seek veterinary care for your pet if we deem it necessary, at your expense.
